Question

QB for Mac - Missing Cutomers?

I have customers missing from the customer list.  I've activated all the customers, it seems.  They just have disappeared - and the invoices I sent to them.

Where are they hiding?

Do they just go away?

Run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Any unresolved error messages?

I did run them both with nothing showing up.

I can verify there are two missing.  One from 2022, and one from 2024

Are you running QuickBooks in Multi-User Mode or across a network?  Might want to check the location of the file that is open in QuickBooks (just to make sure multiple copies of the file do not exist), to do this you can go to Help and select Product Information, on this window go to the Company File tab and check the Location listed to make sure it's opening the correct file.

Not Mjulti-User, not on a network.

I have a very small remodeling company.
