I am new to QB online and do not see an option for customers to have multiple shipping addresses?

Good afternoon, @DBETHEA.

How are you doing today? I hope all is well.

In QuickBooks Online, you can't directly add multiple shipping addresses to a single customer profile. However, you can create sub-customers for each different shipping address and bill them to the parent customer. Alternatively, you can manually edit the shipping address on each invoice for the specific delivery location.

Here's how you can create sub-customers:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Choose the Customers tab.
  3. Click the New Customer button.
  4. Enter the same customer details except for the Display name and Ship To address.
  5. Please use a unique display name when adding a sub-customer.
  6. Mark the Is sub-customer tick box.
  7. Select the name of the Parent Customer from the drop-down menu.
  8. Make sure to choose the Bill with parent option
  9. Click on the Save button.

For further guidance, please check the steps outlined in this article: Add and Manage Customers.

That should do the trick. Now you can use any of the customer profiles in creating invoices. This will be billed to the parent customer, and it'll be delivered to a different address.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with. Have a good one!
