QB Self Employed mobile app stuck in Session Expired loop

For the past 3 days I have not been able to sign into the self employed mobile app on my iPhone 12 (current software version). I am able to sign in on my laptop on the web just fine, but I am stuck in this loop on my phone. I MUST get access on my phone. I have disabled the face id login, problem persists. I've signed in through the website and signed out... problem persists, I've gone into my account from my QB Online Accountant login clients screen and then signed out in both the client popup and the QBOA dashboard... problem persists. I've restarted my iPhone several times... problem persists.

Since you’re using a mobile application, there are certain procedures we can take to eliminate app mal-functionality. Thus, we can start by clearing the app data by following the steps below:

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Tap the Menu ☰ and click the Help & Feedback.
  2. Click the Refresh Data.
  3. To confirm, click Refresh.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and choose Yes.
