QB time/QB invoicing

I am having trouble with creating an invoice with the information from QB time. I fallowed the steps to import my time/info to QB online.  When I follow the steps to accept and create the invoice none of the info is on the invoice.  I did talk to a someone two weeks ago and she told me there was a glitch in the system and it needed to be fixed, and that I would get an email when the problem was fixed.  

 

Does anyone know of this problem or a work around?

I can see the urgency of resolving this as soon as possible so you can continue creating invoices using QuickBooks Time (QBT) information in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Recently, we've been receiving similar reports about this issue. Our software engineers are already aware and are investigating further about this matter to look for the root cause and provide you with a timely solution. 

 

Moreover, the investigation is still in progress which is why you haven't received any email from our team about the matter. Rest assured that you're at the top list of priorities to be emailed by our software engineers once the issue gets resolved.
