QB upgrade not working on second computer

I upgraded our Desktop Pro Plus 2022 to Desktop Pro Plus 2024 successfully on my computer where the file is stored. I am running into difficulty upgrading our second computer. After trying many things I was able to get to a window that said to upgrade it - I clicked and it started working, however I have repeatedly gotten the message that says QB Installation failure with error code: ________________________________

But there is no code so the only option I have is to click ok and do it again but get the same error code (with no actual code) - any ideas how I can get our other computer upgraded so we can use it?
