QBO Advanced

We run a small summer beach club that operates for four months. QBO EasyStart is more than adequate for all our needs except for the need to invoice our members in May. Is it possible to turn on Advanced for a single month and then return to EasyStart? It will make life easier than marching through our membership list.

Thanks for turning to the Community for support. I'm here to provide some info about changing your subscription in QuickBooks Online.

 

To answer your question, yes, you can upgrade your account and downgrade again if necessary. Here's how to upgrade:

 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
2. Click Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
3. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
4. Make sure your payment info is up to date.
5. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
6. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
7. Follow the onscreen steps to upgrade your plan.

 

Keep in mind, certain features such as multi-currency, recurring transaction templates, extra users, etc aren't available in the Simple Start plan. The following article provides additional info about upgrading or downgrading your QuickBooks Online subscription.
