On the "Bank Transactions" screen, what does the dollar amount in the bottom white space of each account card (below the bank balance and labeled as "In Quickbooks") actually mean?

Welcome to the Community, @LMRYA. It's great to see you exploring QuickBooks Online's features. Let me explain the significance of the dollar amount displayed above the In QuickBooks area. Let's dive into this topic together.

The dollar amount shown above "In QuickBooks" is the total value of all transactions recorded for that specific account. It includes entries you manually entered, those imported from CSV files, and transactions matched and added through online banking. Therefore, it gives you a complete picture of all the money movements in that account.

For more information, please know that the Bank Balance displayed in the system reflects your account's actual bank balance as of the most recent bank feed update, while the QuickBooks balance is the sum of all bank transactions you've added or matched.
