QBO customer service hours

What are QBO customer service hours to talk to someone over the phone and so screen share?  Are they available on the weekends?  I need to go over some things and its hard for me to do that when working during the day because of people coming in and out of my office.

Before anything else, do you have any specific concerns about QuickBooks? I can be of assistance to it if you can lay them out here. Moreover, our support is available on the following schedules: For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start they will be available during M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. QuickBooks Advanced supports are available any time, on any day.

 

On the other hand, you can utilize various financial reports to get a snapshot of your business's financial growth. I also added a resource where you can refer to the complete guidelines for customizing it:

I guess QB customer service isn't open on Saturdays....been trying to call and saying they are closed.  I really wanted to take care of this on the weekend not during the week because of people walking in during the day.

I have been calling (during open hours) for about 2 weeks as I am being double billed, and they say call back when we are open.
