QBO - JUST DOES NOT WORK

I STRONGLY believe there are many HICCUPS with QBO Online today. We have had issues with Batch transactions, import for invoices. Selecting invoices (100 or less) to Batch Print. QBO is freezing up and we are having to EXIT and restart the computer. By the way this is happening on two separate computers. Note these are PC's and on Google Chrome. Lastly and just a few minutes ago, when we ATTEMPT to enter a NEW BILL for a vendor, previously established and used weekly, it will pull up an older bill. Therefore, how can we enter vendor bills? Also yesterday I had a support call escalated to the Escalation Team and as of 3:30pm I have not heard from anyone. The case # 15108679465. This has reached the ultimate height of frustration in trying to utilize QBO!

I'd be glad to help you enter your vendor bills without the older bill transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I understand the importance of entering vendor bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To start, you have to check the settings and turn off Pre-fill forms with previously entered content to hide old transaction bills.

 

Here's how:

 

  1.  Go to the Gear Icon, and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Find the Automation, and select the edit button.
  4. Turn off the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
  5. Select Save.

 

If the issue still persists, you may open your account in your browser's incognito mode and carry out browser troubleshooting measures. However, if it's the same issue after doing some troubleshooting steps, I suggest contacting support again to further investigate the issue and provide the case number to the agent so they can review the status of escalation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
