QBO RESTORE

I need help. When I try and restore my QBO I keep getting this message. 
Required changes

please make changes - other transactions 

 

anyone know what I am supposed to do ?

You may have entered incorrect details or transactions based on the error message. In this case, you'll need to review the details and transactions you've entered and make sure it's correct. You can make changes if necessary.

Once it's verified that all the details are accurate, you can perform the basic troubleshooting process. Let me guide you with the steps below:
 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Log in to your account  and restore your QBO in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

    Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
    Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
    Safari: press Command + Shift + N
     
  3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache then you can continue with the steps in restoring your QBO.
