QBWC1024, 1039 error and Escalating a Case#
Is there a formal process for escalating a trouble ticket? I've tried for over a week to get a web connector issue resolved, including asking for escalation three times, with no progress. If anyone can help with how to get a specialist on the phone or with the problem below, I'd appreciate it.
I'm getting a QBWC1024 and QBWC 1039 error:
