QR CODE ON INVOICES

Is there a way to get a QR code to print on ALL invoices.   I've noticed that if I don't have an email address for a customer, the option to have a QR code does not show when printing.  

I have my account set up in settings to have it available for all invoices, but it doesn't appear for customers without an email address.   I have added QUICKBOOK PAYMENTS to my company.

Having a QR code on invoices is a great feature that we can add in the future updates, @TFletch1427. 

 

Since this isn't an option for now, you'll want to visit our QuickBooks Apps to check for an application that can help you add QR code to your invoice.

 

We hear your thoughts, and I'll forward this idea to our engineers. Please know that any future plans are subject to further study before they decide to add them.

I'm glad you've joined this thread, equinne55.

 

Currently, adding a QR code to the new invoice form isn't possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

With that, I recommend submitting feedback to our product engineers.  If they see how useful this feature is in the system, they can add this to our future product updates. Here's how:

 

  1. Select Settings, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
