Good day, @nitinkapoor. I like to dig a little deeper into this matter.

 

Where in QuickBooks do you see this issue, and when was the last time you saw it?

 

I would appreciate it if you could give us more details.

I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue. @MelroseV

This problem occurs when we make entries in the journal through API. This does not happen every time,
It happens in some cases. This has been coming since September 2023.

I want you to know that there's a designated department that can dig deeper into resolving your concern, specifically with APIs and other application resources. Hence, I recommend contacting the Developer Support Team.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Head to this website: Intuit Developer Support.
  2. Under What do you need help with, select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Pick the Ask a Question menu.
  4. Create a Developer Account or log in if you have an existing account.
  5. Type in your concern, then click Ask.

 

Additionally, you can check out the latest application features on the Intuit Developer's page through the API Docs & Tools and Blog menu.
