QuckBooks 2021 Pro Desktop issue

Is any one else having issues opening up QuckBooks 2021 Pro Desktop. I can not open a file or restore a file. My company opened fine several days ago. I've tried to fix with QuickBooks Hub. Did Intuit do something to force us to move from Desktop to their Cloud version and pay their now outrageous fees?
