I have purchased a license for QuickBooks 2006.  But now it kept asking for verification code.  The mobile number and email address used for registration are now closed.  Please guide me how can I receive the verification code.

The number and the email address you use for registration are associated with your Intuit account. I'll share information about resetting your access, so you can receive a verification code again. However, please know that the QuickBooks 2006 version is a grandfathered plan, which means its online services are disabled, and that's more likely the reason why you encountered issues with the verification process.

Good day

 

I am joining this conversation because it is pertinent to my problem. I am looking for a validation code for my Desktop version of QB Premier Accountant 2015. i realize that this is also a rather dated version but I have had to change hard drives on my machine. I would now like to open my QB company file but need the code. Nobody at Intuit seems to be able to assist with this simple task.

This is not the impression we want you to experience in accessing your QuickBooks company file and that support hasn't been able to provide the validation code you need. It must be incredibly frustrating to face this issue without adequate assistance, HansW.

 

Without a valid validation code, it isn't possible to open your QuickBooks files since it is required to activate the software. If you've registered your QuickBooks with Intuit, you'll be able to retrieve your validation code by logging into your Intuit account. You can follow the steps below to retrieve your validation code:

 

  1. Sign in to CAMPs using your product's credentials.
  2. Then, look for the QuickBooks Desktop Premier Accountant 2015 version.
  3. From there, click on the Products and Services and select Details.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to retrieve your validation code.
