QuickBook POS Desktop Backup Issue

Hello, I am running into an issue when trying to make a backup of QuickBooks. The issue is that QuickBooks is stating that I need Excel installed in order to make a backup and I do not have Excel nor a use for it. Is there any other possible ways I can take a backup?

QuickBooks doesn't require Excel to be installed to make a backup. QuickBooks has its own backup feature that allows you to create backups directly within the software.

Thanks for your reply, this is the error I am seeing when trying to export data out of QB POS. As QB support will be ending in Oktober, I am trying to get any data out of QB possible such as inventory lists.
