Quickbook system design weakness

Oh, how clever your system is that suppliers can't be customers! What an ingenious design choice to use names as database keys! Now I'm unable to generate quotes and invoices. Bravo!

    Hello nathanchoi1118,

     

    Welcome to this QuickBooks Community! This could be corrected easily by adding a period or a number to the user name and create a customer profile for them. For example, the supplier could be HKD Hong Kong Dollar and the customer profile HKD. Hong Kong Dollar. This will allow you to use quotes, invoices and so forth.
