Quickbooks 2019 Mac V18.0.14 R15d

Within the RECEIVE PAYMENTS window the actual open invoices to pay show extremely faint. For my life I can't find how to make them appear as everything else - darker. For my kingdom, please tell me where the preference is to increase the darkness. I appreciate your assistance in advance. I have a screenshot, although there's a window below this box that reads "You must be signed in to add attachments", I'm signed in but it won't allow me to add the file. Thanks,

Thank you for letting me know about your situation, @brioni21. I'll walk you through the process to help adjust the color of your view in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) when receiving customer payments.

 

Please know increasing the darkness or reducing the brightness in your QBDT company isn't an option. In QBDT, you can modify the color scheme and fit them to your preference. These are the steps:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Desktop company.
  2. Select the QuickBooks icon and select Preferences.
  3. Click Desktop view and then in My Preference page, locate the Company File Color Scheme field.
  4. Select the Dropdown arrow and choose your preferred company file color.
  5. Once done, click the OK button.

 

You can reconfigure the computer display by going to its settings to ensure it fits your color or viewing preferences.
