I synced my Yardbookwith Quickbooks. Although the invoices came through, the tax rate was not charged on some, some amounts were off by one cent because of tax calculation, payments not applied a different balances, etc. does it just not work well or how do I fix this? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm here to help you resolve the issue with the tax rates that were not applied correctly, @Cd1515

To address this, please ensure that the sales tax feature is turned on when integrating Yardbook with Quickbooks. Additionally, ensure that the tax rate name and tax % match your taxbook rates.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes, then select Sales tax.
  2. Choose Sales Tax Settings.
  3. Click Turn on sales tax.
  4. Select Yes to confirm.

Please be aware that enabling automated sales is irreversible.

I've also added articles about handling your chart of accounts, customer transactions, and other relevant topics.
