when using the quickbooks app on my phone the customer emails are not showing up when I try to send them their new invoice. It is wanting me to manually enter their email address when I already have it saved to their customer profile.

Let's first check if this is a mobile application issue by resetting the data in your mobile app. 

 

Here's how:

 

For Android:

 

  1. From the More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tick Refresh Data, then choose Yes.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start fresh. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Tap and hold QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
