QuickBooks App Notification Problems

I'm experiencing issues with receiving notifications on the QuickBooks app. Notifications are either delayed or not coming through at all. Has anyone else faced this problem or have any solutions? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Let's try a few actions to help receive your notifications at the right time and more: 

 

  • Sign out and then back into the QBO app. 
  • Turn your device off and then back on. 
  • Make sure the app is up-to-date. 
  • Check you device's notification settings and ensure that they are correct. 
  • Make sure your phone is also up-to-date.
