Quickbooks cannot find page you requested

I just created an account and when I log in, the very first page states that "quickbooks cannot find the page you requested." I have tried to open it from a private browser as well as clearing my history, cache, and DNS. None of these things have worked. I have attempted to open the help tab and go to the 'chat with us' option however the 'help' tab is blank. 

 

Not a great start quickbooks! What am I supposed to do at this point to try and access the account and add invoices, etc.
