QuickBooks Chat Experience

Quickbooks management does not have a clue what is going on with there support team. Here is an example of a chat I had today with Quickbooks support asking about an open issue. 30 minutes not one ounce of information. I have no choice but to go to support to ask about my issues because they close them when they have not been resolved and assign them INV number. Then when you ask for information they just give you a hard time. What a waste of everybody's time.

I understand you wanted to check the update of the INV, RC125. Allow me to add additional information about the status of the INV.

Upon checking the chat transcript, the investigation regarding the print preview of old invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) shows a 'T' on the amounts is still in progress. I want to assure you that our engineers are working together to gather a resolution as quickly as possible.

If you want to be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates about this INV, I recommend reaching our support team.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.

Please check out our support hours to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.

Furthermore, you can refer to this article to learn how to customize your sales forms in QBO: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online
