Quickbooks Checking - Who do we call about issues?

Using Quickbooks new banking feature through Green Dot Bank. Who do we contact about issues with banking? Intuit says they cant help, and green dot makes you create an account with them to chat with customer service.

To reach out to them, here's how:

Sign in with your QuickBooks Online company.
In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.
Select Search, then click Contact Us.
Write your issue or concern and click Continue.
Choose a way to connect with them.

I’m having an issue adding my Intuit QuickBooks Checking Account Debit Card to Apple Pay and Wallet. When I attempt to complete the Card Verification process, I’m unable to receive the verification code.

Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?
