QUICKBOOKS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SUPPORT ON THE QB BACKUPS FOR MONTHS!! WE HAVE SPENT OVER 6 MONTHS AND DOZENS OF SUPPORT AND INVESTIGATION TICKETS (INV-102963 WAS THE LATEST). NO RESOLUTION!
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS!
- THE SUPPORT PERSONNEL WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE TOPIC
- WE HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON REPEATEDLY WHILE ON HOLD
- NOT RESPONSES TO OUR EMAIL INQUIRIES FOR PROGRESS UPDATES AS PROMISSED.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THE QBO BACKUP. IT JUST DOES NOT WORK.
