Quickbooks desktop 2024

I upgraded to QuickBooks desktop 2024. Now when I try to do an online backup, nothing happens. I click the create online backup button and no windows pop up. The icon spins for a second and then nothing else happens. Anyone?

  • Make sure the Windows firewall isn't blocking Intuit Data Protect.
  • Make sure IBuEngHost.exe isn't running as a Windows user.
  • Make sure QuickBooks Desktop and Intuit Data Protect are updated.
  • Use the Intuit Data Protect Diagnostic Tool.
  • Free up storage in Intuit Data Protect.
