I received an error in our 3rd party app WellSky, a QuickBooks Desktop Alert error in my homepage and it says to go to this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/web-integration/fix-error-quickbooks-application-revoked/L6Y849bKg_US_en_US?uid=llnxiyqh but this says QuickBooks Desktop and we are only using QuickBooks Online. Should the error be disregarded?

Thanks for replying back here and providing us with the information we need so we can further assist you and provide an accurate answer, @kimi21.

As I've assessed the screenshot you've provided, the error is a known issue for QuickBooks Desktop only. It is an error that occurs when trying to access or sync a third-party application. Since you're using  QuickBooks Online, you can disregard the error message and I'd suggest not opening the link for safety purposes.

Furthermore, once you have installed applications, you have the option to disconnect an app or perform this action on behalf of one of your clients. Moreover, if you need to cancel or modify your subscription, you can easily do so through the Intuit App Center. For further information on this topic, please feel free to refer to the following article: Disconnect an app and change subscription.

Thanks for notifying us about this matter, @kimi21.

It's truly unusual to receive a QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) error message when utilizing QuickBooks Online (QBO). That said, we'll need additional information so we can verify and address this issue.

Could you kindly provide us with the precise error message you encountered? We'll also appreciate it if you're able to share a screenshot of it so we can look into this thoroughly and provide you with an appropriate response.

We're looking forward to hearing from you soon, kimi21. Just click the Reply button below to add a response. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead!
