You need a 3rd party connector for QB Desktop and Dynamics 365.

I'd recommend you to look at https://www.mydbsync.com/content/microsoft-dynamics-365crm-and-quickbooks-desktop-integration that should help solve this for you and hey do bidirectional syncs too.
