We have a dedicated forum that caters specifically to API-related matters where you can connect with expert developers. They can assist you with any API-related queries and provide some useful information.

You can connect with them by following the steps below:

  1. Go to this link: Intuit Developer.
  2. Select your QuickBooks Product on the dropdown icon ▼.
  3. Click the Ask a Question.
  4. Hit Sign In. Then, use your Intuit login credentials.

In addition, I'll add this article that can help you personalize your reports in QuickBooks: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

@M_BR

You need a 3rd party connector for QB Desktop and Dynamics 365.

I'd suggest you use middleware or a third-party connector like DBSync and they solve for that use case.

I'd recommend you to look at https://www.mydbsync.com/content/microsoft-dynamics-365crm-and-quickbooks-desktop-integration that should help solve this for you and hey do bidirectional syncs too.

QuickBooks Desktop doesn’t offer a direct API connection to Microsoft Dynamics, so you’ll need a third-party integration tool to bridge the gap. It really depends on whether you're working with Dynamics 365, NAV, or Business Central. Some folks use middleware like DBSync, and there are also cloud platforms that handle data sync between different systems without code - I’ve seen Skyvia used in similar scenarios when Dynamics data needs to be connected with external tools.
