Can to older versions of Desktop Pro Plus be removed from the computer without causing any issues?

I'll give a brief overview in removing older versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus. 

 

Yes, you can safely uninstall and the removed those older versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus from your computer. 

 

To uninstall QuickBooks: 

 

  1. Open the Windows Start Menu, then open or search for Control Panel.
  2. Click either Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
  3. Find and select the older version of QuickBooks Desktop you want to uninstall. 
  4. Click Uninstall/Change and follow the onscreen prompts. 

 

Also when you do upgrade in the future, you can choose not to keep the old version in your computer on the upgrade prompt.
