Quickbooks desktop upgrade

I have a message that service is ending 05/31/24 and that I must upgrade now. I thought I had upgraded last week but I am still seeing the message. How can I tell if I have upgraded Quickbooks?

Do you still run QB Desktop Enterprise 2021? Open your company file and hit CTRL + 1 keys to be sure.

Login to your CAMPS and you will find your license code for QB Desktop 2022 to 2024. You can pick one of them to install and upgrade from 2021.

I want to ensure you can upgrade your subscription, silentmoon.

 

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), we can check if the Product number is upgraded by pressing CTRL+1 on your keyboard. Then, review if the license number and version match in your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Visit camps.intuit.com.
  2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info.
  3. If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop.
  4. If it's QuickBooks Desktop 2024, copy the license number to download the file.
  5. You may also press the F2 key.
  6. Look for your Product Name, Product Number, and License Number in the Product Information window.
  7. See the release at the end of the product name.

 

If everything is correct, run the Verify Data and Rebuild tools. These features will help self-identify data issues within a company file and self-resolve them using Rebuild Data.

 

To run Verify Data:

 

  1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Hover your cursor to Utilities.
  3. Select Verify Data.

 

To Rebuild Your Data:

 

  1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Hover your cursor to Utilities.
  3. Select Rebuild Data.
