QuickBooks Desktop Usage & Analysis Study window pops up every day.

Since upgrading from QB Desktop 2023 to 2024 last week, the first time I log in each day the QuickBooks Desktop Usage & Analysis Study window pops up.  I have selected 'Cancel' and 'Continue' several times, along with going to Help > QuickBooks Desktop Usage & Analysis Study > Discontinue,  multiple times..  How do I stop this?!  According to Intuit, "Once you turn it off, you can't turn it on again", which is a lie.

There might be an issue with the software you downloaded, so I recommend downloading the QuickBooks Desktop Toolhub. This tool will help us identify and fix the problem.

 

After downloading the tool, we need to install the app. After installation, click the app to open it.

Our QuickBooks is hosted on Rightworks, they do not allow 'downloads', super annoying, as I am capable of fixing a lot of things myself but I have to go through their tech support for 99% of stuff.
