I'm trying to find out if QuickBooks Enterprise Version 2015 to 2018 compatiblity with Windows server 2019.

Does anyone know? We are getting ready to upgrade our Windows Server to 2019 and what to know if the older versions of QuickBooks will work on this OS.

I'm here to provide some insights about the system requirements to upgrade your Subscription, @DavidJ58.

Windows Server 2019 is not compatible with Version 2015-2018. For QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2015, the system requirements are Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2012 (SP2). Version 2016 needs Windows Server 2012, Windows Small Business Server 2011, Small Business Server 2008. For 2017, it requires Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2. In 2018, it was necessary to have Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

@DavidJ58

It is time to upgrade your QB Desktop Enterprise version to a newer one to run on Win Server 2019. You can purchase a new license thru select partners and you will get perpetual discounts on renewals. Another option, downgrade your file and you can still purchase QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus or Premier Plus.
