Quickbooks has a bunch of funds on hold and everytime i call they tell me it will be escalated and i will be called within 24-48 hours, but i have yet to receive a call

is there anyway to attempt to get this fixed other than just calling in?

I've never had any luck with Intuit calling back. I think you just have to keep calling them.

This isn't the experience we want you to have, Braxton and Jane. I understand how you feel about not receiving a callback. Your concern is valid, and we'll take it to management to make our customer service better.

 

Since you haven't received any callback, In light of this, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Support team again inquire about the status of your case. To contact them, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the community or Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can contact them from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

Intuit/ QB is VERY well known for "holding" money.  

You see, they collect interest off of it.  THAT'S why they "hold" it and then give you the runaround.  

It has gotten so bad that there is talk of a class action lawsuit.  

There are customers that have had to wait weeks, if not MONTHS on end to get their money.  

Some wait up to 270 days, just to find out that QB released the money to the state that the customer is in. Then, they have to turn around and collect it from their own state.
