QUICKBOOKS HAS GONE TO HELL, CUST SERVICE SUCKS, and YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO MGMT!!!

There's a lot to be said about customer service. It can make or break your business. The customer service provided by QuickBooks is the MOST HORRIFIC I've EVER EXPERIENCED. 

 

IF YOU'RE SMART, YOU'LL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO YOU'RE BUSINESS WITH!!!!

I, AS A BOOKKEEPER, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND QUICKBOOKS AGAIN!!!! 

IN FACT, I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO PICK ANOTHER ACCOUNTING PROGRAM FROM A COMPANY THAT JUST MIGHT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS.

THAT'S 22 YEARS DOWN THE DRAIN INTUIT!! 

 

Five (5) PHONE CALLS and I was just told to call back AGAIN!!! 

YOU'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRULY HORRIFIC!!!!!!
