Quickbooks is not allowing me to edit my customer information or items on the Square App transactions as I always have in the past
From my app transactions, I typically am able to update or add my customer or items for Square transactions. The dropdown is blank and will not give me the option to add, yet I am getting a message that it's a "New Square Customer and I should Update". I have tried everything for weeks and it's becoming a real pain for my books. Please help!
I should also add that Square is pulling over the correct customer and I can see it, I just can't edit it or add it as my Quickbooks customer name. I tried adding directly to my customers list and when I go back into the app transactions, it doesn't show anything. Nothing in the dropdown and no "Add New" option.
