Quickbooks is really disappointing
I started using Quickbooks about a month ago and am surprised how poor the product and service is. I invoiced a client through QB for a monthly retainer fee which was sent to QB over two weeks ago, but they can't seem to figure out how to get the money to me, their client. Like QB is just holding the money and offering zero solutions for actually retrieving it. Customer service representatives don't seem to be able to do anything except "make a note about that" and promise callbacks and resolutions that never happen. I think I've reached the point where keeping my own accounting records and making invoices would be less work without QB and I'm done wasting money on the service, so I'll be cancelling my subscription. Kinda shocking for such a longstanding company, but these days companies don't seem to care about their customers' experience, just extracting as much as possible from them.
