QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) are different software and have dissimilar user interfaces (UI). That said, there isn't a way to change the UI on your QBO account to the same as the look of QBDT.

The good thing about QBO is easy to navigate. Don't worry, I'll share this article with you to learn more about QBO settings and navigation: Get started and adjust settings after you sign up for QuickBooks Online.
