we didn't find any companies for this account quickbooks online error.  Anyone know the fix for this?

Let me help you by ensuring this issue when finding your company file gets resolved.

 

The accumulated cache in the browser usually causes strange behaviors in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To fix this, I'd recommend accessing your account via a private window. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Try to log in to your QBO account, if you can find your company file, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
