When importing contacts from an iPhone into the QuickBooks Online app, email and phone numbers should be pulled into QBO. Since the mentioned ones are missing, I recommend reimporting the contacts. This ensures that all information appears completely in the QuickBooks app.

If the issue persists, I recommend importing the customer or vendor contact lists from Outlook, Excel, Gmail, or Google Sheets to QBO via browser as a workaround. If you have the information in Outlook or Gmail, you can export a CSV file of your contacts and import it to the program.

Here's how to export from Outlook:

1. Choose File and Open and Export. Then, Import/Export.
2. From the Import and Export wizard, select Export to a file and choose Comma Separated Values for the type.
3. Select the folder you keep your customer contact information in and follow the on-screen instructions to save the export file. Make note of the location where the file is saved.

Then, follow these steps if you're exporting the contacts from Gmail:

1. Sign in to Gmail.
2. Choose Google apps and select Contacts.
3. Click Export.
4. Choose whether to export all contacts or only one group.
5. Select the Outlook CSV or Google CSV format. Then, Export.
6. Select a location to save your file.
7. Click OK.
