Quickbooks online not working???

Hello, i can't seem to access the accounts online - - site comes up, lets me login - - i can drop down to select client but then it goes to error page stating 'Sorry, there was a problem' - - anyone having this issue? what to do? (i have already reboot my computer and tried different browser just in case).

Did you try opening your account on any private/incognito browser?

Thanks so much - - after i posted, they came back with an error message about 20 minutes later. guess I was one of the unlucky ones to 'discover' that they were down before they did....

Yes.

After spending an hour on the phone (mostly asking the service representative to repeat what he just mumbled) we finally came to the conclusion that it was broken.

Giant waste of time.

Resolved - We are pleased to share that a fix has been implemented and you should now be able to access QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Online Accountant. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

NOPE.

Still not working.

Multiple browsers, incognito browser, cleared cache.

 

Same message....

"Thanks for signing in!

We couldn't find a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Accountant account for this email address."

No worky.
