Quickbooks Online Performance Issues

I have been having so many issues with QBO, that I am at my wits end. First, it is painfully slow, and it is not my internet connection which is very fast. Second, my bank transactions page has totally disappeared. I can't go in and match transactions because all I get is a blank page. After 8 years of using QBO I have had it. Has anybody had this issue with QBO? and what is the solution because support on this website is weak.

    I have tried clearing all data, switching browsers, switching computers and I get the same slow performance and no bank transactions. How hard is it to switch to a desktop version, because I am exhausted with this horrible QBO product?
