Quickbooks online projects

We are currently on QuickBooks online Essentials plan and just purchased the QuickBooks Time Elite package. Does it also come with Projects to allow for project creation ? 

 

Alternatively do we also need to purchase QuickBooks online Plus package to unlock the project features ?

Using the projects in QuickBooks Online to track your project’s profitability requires you to upgrade to QuickBooks Online Plus, Advanced, or Accountant.

 

To do this, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to the Settings menu, then to the Account and settings tab.
  3. Select the Billing & subscription tab and ensure your payment info is updated.
  4. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
  5. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan, then follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.

 

Once upgraded, you can set up and create projects in QuickBooks Online. It has a complete steps in adding existing expenses or timesheets to a project.
