Question

Quickbooks Online's Assistant says tech support's available on Saturdays, 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. PT. But when I try to chat/get a call back it says M-F only. Which is correct?

With the QuickBooks Online support team, our experts are available Mondays-Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT for QBO Simple Start, Plus, and Essentials users. Mondays-Saturdays 6 AM to 3 PM PT for clients who are using QBO Advanced subscription.

 

To ensure you get on hold to our support team on time, I've added our support hours so you can set an available time to reach them out.
