QuickBooks Online View

Welcome to the Community space, @pingram62. Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your partner in managing your daily financial operations. I know that it's better on your end to have the QBDT view while using QBO. With that in mind, I have insights to explain the QBO view.

QBO and QBDT differ in their navigations since QBO is cloud-based software, while QBDT has a company file that needs to be saved on your computer. So it's not possible to view QBO like QBDT.

We can, however, update the navigation menu to feature the pages you use the most or hide it to make your menu customized to your needs. 

Here's how:

1. Next to Bookmarks, select Edit ✎.
2. Select which pages you want to appear under Bookmarks.
3. To reorder your bookmarks, select reorder and drag them to your desired order.
4. Select Save.
