Quickbooks Self Employed App

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to get a subscription going for the mobile app and it's giving me issues. I signed up for the monthly one and paid yesterday, but the app still thinks that the trial I used a while ago has expired and wants a subscription.

Thanks for the reply.

 

I'm pretty sure I'm using the same login, as my email is used for both.

 

I'm wondering if this is an issue on Quickbooks's side, as when I try and login to Self Employed, I just get a white screen even though I've cleared the cache/used incognito mode.

I tried it on Android and got this:
