QuickBooks Support Issues
Is anyone else having an issue with QuickBooks not following up? When I signed up I was given a contact. They never responded after multiple emails/outreach over a year. Meanwhile, I was reaching out via the chat system and the help line. I spoke with many customer service representatives. All of them promised follow up and outreach. None of them followed through.
What is everyone else doing to get recompense from Quickbooks and the attention they deserve? My account is charged on time every month yet I don't get half the services I was promised. Truly, this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I'd rather spend my day at the bank.
