QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Desktop syncronization
Hi all,
We would like to add a field to QB Time that would feed back to QB Desktop which would replace the Notes field. The new field would have a dropdown list of activities and would negate the need for the person to type the detail of what they did in Notes. I believe I either need to define the field first in QB Desktop (which I tried, but failed), or add the dropdown options to the Notes field in QB Time (which I tried, but failed).
Can anyone help me to do either of those 2 options, or suggest another solution?
