We can take several steps to assist you with your credit card transactions, @antonsw.

Before we move forward, may I know if you received any error messages while importing the file? If so, you can share the details with me so I can provide you with an accurate resolution.

One common reason QuickBooks rejects your chosen file for import is formatting issues within the file itself. With this, you'll have to ensure that the data formatting, especially the DateDescription, and Amount fields, aligns with QuickBooks requirements.

For more information about the required formats, refer to the article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Alternatively, if the formatting is correct but QuickBooks still rejects the file, try accessing your account using an incognito or private browser to see if that resolves the issue. Here’s how to easily access one:

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

You can also import the CSV file using other supported browsers and check if you can import the CSV file successfully.

Here are some resources you can read for guidance on importing and categorizing your downloaded online banking transactions:

Lastly, it’s vital to regularly reconcile your accounts to ensure they align with your bank and credit card statements, helping you avoid financial inconsistencies.

In addition to assisting you with your bank data, feel free to return to this thread if you require further help with your QuickBooks tasks.

Try opening your QBSE account on any private/incognito browser.
