Rebuild Errors 282 - Can't Fix

Been having a lot of trouble using multi-user mode. Every time we use it, the file gets corrupted. We did the following to try to fix the issue.
- File > Utilities > Verify Data - result, file ok
- File > Utilities > Rebuild Data - Save, and these error code popped up. Errors 282
Do I just need to continuously rebuild the file until its fixed? Please advise, thank you!
