Receipt Downloads

We appreciate you getting in touch with us, @russella. It's my goal to address your concern about bulk downloading receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO) that aren't linked to transactions.

In QBO, receipts associated with a transaction can be exported in bulk. However, the ability to download the unlinked ones is unavailable at the moment. 

We understand every business has unique needs. In the meantime, I advise searching for a third-party tool that can assist you in downloading multiple receipts. We have many available apps and add-ons that seamlessly integrate with QBO to automate billing, bookkeeping, and other tasks. These simple interfaces streamline procedures to support the efficient operation of small and medium-sized businesses. To integrate, refer to these steps:

1. On your QBO account, go to the Apps menu.
2. Select Find Apps.
3. In the search bar, enter an appropriate keyword to narrow the list of applications compatible with the online program.
4. Select the app and click Get app now.
   

Moreover, you may email receipts to QBO so we can extract details from them and produce a transaction for you to review and categorize.
